The Distributor of Excellence Award, from the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation, represents the pinnacle of achievement within the industry. CES (UK) Ltd have won the award three times.
The awards panel described CES as “One of the foremost parts distributors in the UK – a byword for business performance – powered by commitment to developing their staff, their systems and their partners, thereby demonstrating a complete and professional offering to their customers.”
In addition, the final three finalists for the ‘Parts Advisor of the Year’ award were all from CES, emphasising the high level of technical knowledge held by all our Parts Advisors.
The company is committed to ISO9001:2008 Standards and Continuous Improvement. This involves continually reviewing and improving our operating systems, customer service and bringing Quality Management Systems into the day to day running of the business. To maintain the ISO9001 accreditation an annual external audit assesses us and our own Continuous Improvement team constantly encourage our performance.
